Welcome to raghadperfumes.com, operated by Raghad's Perfume ("we", "us", "our"). By browsing this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.

These terms work alongside our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Return & Refund Policy, all of which form part of your agreement with us.

Who can order

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order. By ordering you confirm you meet that requirement and that the information you give us is accurate and complete.

Our products

We are an independent fragrance boutique in Detroit, Michigan. We sell fragrances from established houses alongside our own house lines.

Authenticity. Branded products sold on this site are authentic products of the houses named.

Trademarks. All third-party brand names, logos, and product names shown on this site belong to their respective owners. They appear here only to identify the products we sell. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or an authorized representative of any of those brands unless we say so explicitly.

Our own lines. Fragrances sold under our own house names are made for us and are described on their own terms. They are not affiliated with, and are not represented as being connected to, any other fragrance house.

Presentation. We photograph and describe products as accurately as we can. Colors can look different on different screens, and houses occasionally change bottle designs, packaging, or formulations without notice. Where we publish fragrance notes, they come from the house's own published information; where a house does not publish that information, we say so rather than guess.

Personal sensitivity. Fragrance is a cosmetic product applied to skin. If you have known sensitivities or allergies, please review the manufacturer's ingredient information before use, and discontinue use if irritation occurs. We do not make any health, therapeutic, or medical claims about any product we sell.

Pricing and availability

Prices are in US dollars (USD) and may change at any time without notice. Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.

We try to keep stock and pricing accurate, but errors happen. If an item is listed at an incorrect price, is out of stock, or an order is flagged for suspected fraud, we may cancel the order and refund you in full. We will contact you if that happens. A price shown on the site is an invitation to purchase, not a binding offer.

Placing an order

Submitting an order is an offer to buy. Your order is accepted only when we send a shipping confirmation — an order confirmation email acknowledges receipt but is not acceptance. We may decline or limit any order, including orders that appear to be for resale, that exceed reasonable quantities, that are placed for delivery to an address we cannot legally ship to, or that we cannot verify.

We may limit purchase quantities per person, per household, or per order.

Shipping

Because our products are alcohol-based fragrances, they are regulated in transport and can only be shipped by ground within the 48 contiguous United States. We cannot ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, US territories, military addresses, or any international destination. Full details, including transit times and claim windows, are in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Returns and refunds

Sealed, unopened items may be returned within the window stated in our Return & Refund Policy. For hygiene and product-safety reasons, opened or used fragrance cannot be returned. Damaged, incorrect, and incomplete orders are corrected at our expense.

The Return & Refund Policy is the controlling document on all return questions. If anything in these terms appears to conflict with it, the Return & Refund Policy governs.

Gift cards

Gift cards are not redeemable for cash except where required by law, cannot be returned or refunded, and are subject to the terms shown at purchase.

Promotions and discount codes

Promotional codes are single-use per customer unless stated otherwise, cannot be combined unless stated otherwise, have no cash value, and may be withdrawn or amended at any time before an order is placed. We may cancel orders where a code has been obtained or used improperly.

Your account

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for activity that happens under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been used without your permission. We may suspend or close accounts that are used for fraud, abuse, or any breach of these terms.

Acceptable use

Please do not use this site to break the law, to interfere with its operation or security, to scrape or harvest data, to resell our content, or to harass anyone. We may restrict or terminate access for any of the above.

Reviews and content you submit

If you post a review, photograph, or comment, you keep ownership of it and grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to display and use it in connection with the store and our marketing. Do not post anything unlawful, misleading, defamatory, or that infringes anyone else's rights. We may remove any submission at our discretion. We do not pay for reviews and we do not remove reviews simply for being unfavourable.

Our content

The design, text, photography, and other content we created on this site belong to us or our licensors and may not be copied, reproduced, or used commercially without our written permission. Manufacturer imagery and brand assets remain the property of their respective owners.

Third-party links

The site may link to third-party websites we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, products, or privacy practices.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties not expressly stated here, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against claims and costs arising from your breach of these terms or your misuse of the site.

Force majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, including carrier disruption, weather, supply interruption, or changes in the transportation rules that govern how fragrance may be shipped.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The current version is always posted on this page with its "last updated" date. Changes apply to orders placed after they are posted.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.

Severability and entire agreement

If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in force. These terms, together with the Privacy, Shipping, and Return & Refund policies, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding your use of this site.
