Everything we sell is a genuine, alcohol-based fragrance. That is wonderful for how it wears and inconvenient for how it travels — US transportation rules treat alcohol-based fragrance as a regulated flammable liquid, so it can only move by ground. The rules below are not preferences on our part; they are what the carriers and federal regulations allow. We would rather tell you plainly up front than have your order stopped in transit.

Where we ship

We ship to street addresses in the 48 contiguous United States.

We are not able to ship to:

• Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. Parcels to these destinations travel by air on at least one leg. Ground-only hazardous materials service, including the limited-quantity service that fragrance moves under, is not offered to or from these locations.
• US territories (Guam, US Virgin Islands, American Samoa, Northern Mariana Islands) for the same reason.
• APO / FPO / DPO military addresses. Fragrance containing alcohol is prohibited in military mail.
• PO Boxes. Hazardous materials shipments require a physical delivery address and, in most cases, a signature.
• Any international destination. Alcohol-based fragrance is prohibited in international mail, and international air carriage requires full dangerous-goods certification that we do not hold. We are not able to make exceptions, and we cannot ship to a US freight forwarder on behalf of an international buyer.

If you place an order to an address we cannot serve, we will contact you and refund the order in full. Nothing is lost but a little time.

Processing time

Orders are packed and dispatched Monday–Friday, excluding US federal holidays.

Because fragrance is a regulated shipment, it cannot be dropped in a collection box or mailbox — it has to be tendered to the carrier under hazardous-materials procedures. That adds a step to every order, and orders placed after the day's dispatch cutoff go out the following business day.

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order is on its way.

Shipping methods and rates

Shipping options and rates are shown at checkout before you pay.

Ground is the only service we can offer. Expedited, overnight, and next-day options are not available for fragrance at any price, from any carrier, to any address. Transit time is driven by your distance from Michigan.

Estimated transit times are the carrier's estimates, not guarantees. Weather, holiday volume, and carrier handling of regulated shipments can add days.

Large orders may arrive in more than one box

There is a federal limit on how much flammable liquid may travel in a single parcel. If your order exceeds it, we will split it across multiple boxes at no extra cost to you. The boxes may arrive on different days and under separate tracking numbers. If one box arrives and another has not, please give it two business days before contacting us.

Local pickup — Detroit

Free pickup at our Detroit boutique. Select Pickup at checkout and we will email you when your order is ready, usually the same business day.

Please bring your order confirmation and a photo ID matching the name on the order.

Tracking

Tracking is emailed the moment your label is created. Regulated shipments are handled off the carrier's normal automated intake, so tracking sometimes shows no movement until the first scan at the carrier's facility. That is normal and does not mean your parcel is lost.

If something goes wrong

Damaged in transit. Fragrance glass occasionally loses an argument with a conveyor belt. If your parcel arrives crushed, leaking, or with a broken bottle, please keep all packaging and the damaged item and email us promptly at raghadperfumes23@gmail.com with photos of the outer box, the packing material, and the item. We will replace it or refund it in full, at your choice, and we cover the cost either way. Please do not throw the packaging away before contacting us — carriers require it to process a damage claim.

Tracking says delivered but nothing arrived. Please check with household members and neighbors, and look for a carrier notice. If it still has not turned up, contact us promptly after the delivery scan and we will open a carrier investigation.

Wrong or missing item. Contact us promptly and we will make it right at our cost.

Address accuracy

Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. Regulated shipments are difficult to reroute once tendered. If an order is undeliverable or returned to us because of an address error, we will refund the merchandise less the original outbound shipping cost. Contact us immediately if you spot a mistake and we will try to intercept before the parcel leaves.

Refused and undeliverable parcels

Parcels refused at delivery or returned as undeliverable are refunded for merchandise value only, less outbound shipping. We cannot re-ship a returned parcel without a new order.

Sending something back

Returns are subject to the same transportation rules as outbound orders — fragrance cannot be dropped in a mailbox or shipped by air, even by you. Please do not ship anything back to us before contacting us; we will send you the correct instructions. See our Return Policy for what is returnable and how.
