Agarwood opens it directly, resinous and woody without the medicinal sharpness that puts some people off oud. Taif rose sits at the heart, the celebrated variety from the mountains of Saudi Arabia, jammy and slightly spicy against the wood. Amber and sandalwood carry it out, adding a smooth, creamy warmth that softens the whole thing as it wears.

Released in 2021 and classified by the house as woody floral musk. Unisex eau de parfum, 100mL. This is the traditionalist's bottle in the Dkhoon Emirates range, and a fine introduction to real oud and rose.
