Liquid Gold opens on saffron and rose, a pairing long associated with Gulf perfumery. It is leathery and rich from the first spray. Cashmere wood, sandalwood and patchouli fill out the middle, and the base is pure warmth: musk, amber and agarwood, with the oud arriving late.
